Guest Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed).

Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

Children and extra beds: All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by Valmanga.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in Valmanga.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Accepted credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, red, Maestro.
Valmanga reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Important information: All guests should collect their keys from the Valmanga office located on Calle Gran Via (Km 8, Exit 80, Urbanización Hawaii V).
